As a Business Development Executive & Creative Content Creator at Retina Soft, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement through compelling content across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's goals.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Develop and implement content strategies to effectively communicate our brand message and values to our target audience.
Produce high-quality written and visual content for our website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Must have good knowledge of Promotional video script writing. 
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital properties.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and effectiveness.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent supervisory, management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Excellent in English with copywriting and conceptual skills.
