Make outbound phone calls to potential clients to introduce and sell software products.

Speak clearly and confidently to understand client needs and build trust.

Maintain customer records and follow-ups using CRM or tracking tools.

Work towards daily and weekly call & conversion targets.

Excellent verbal communication skills – must speak clearly and confidently over the phone.

Basic computer proficiency – able to operate software, use web tools, and work with CRMs/spreadsheets.
